Does Santa Claus know how to communicate with deaf children?

He does when he comes to the Goodrich Center. He makes a special visit to find out what all the deaf and hard of hearing children want for Christmas. The Easter Bunny comes to Spring Fling to visit them at the center also. 

For deaf or hard of hearing children ages 8 through 12, Silent Day Camp provides a week of activities to teach and strengthen sign language skill and skills for living an independent life.

Activities from the last Silent Camp included visits to Six Flags, the Fort Worth Zoo, the Children’s Museum, and the Fort Worth Nature Center.
